Description
SUMMARY
Support of the restaurant manager in the service of guests by the greeting and seating of guests as they enter the restaurant, including server station rotation, managing wait times, taking restaurant reservations, large party bookings and clearing of tables.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One (1) year experience in the food and beverage service industry as a gourmet or fine dining restaurant host/hostess or similar position.
- One (1) year experience managing wait times, taking reservations and assisting with large party bookings preferred.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
- Must present an overall professional appearance.
- Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of a normal shift.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
