The Digital Product Content Specialist is tasked with managing and assuring the quality of both existing and new product content within the Product Information Management (PIM) System. This position plays a key role in supporting business initiatives and projects related to product information management by upholding data integrity and maintaining a well-organized content hierarchy
JOB DUTIES:
- Oversee the management of product content for country-specific websites, encompassing digital assets such as images, videos, and supporting documentation, as well as product titles, marketing descriptions, technical specifications, and pertinent information, ensuring the optimal ingestion of data into PIM portal.
- Providing support for new product induction and ongoing maintenance to guarantee that each launch features thorough, top-quality content right from the start; careful attention to detail is crucial.
- Support data cleanup projects to maintain integrity and adherence to established data standards and business rules.
- Provide comprehensive product exports to the Digital Teams to facilitate online marketing projects
- Active maintenance of the PIM tool, AI Configurations, Rules and Workflows.
- Maintain close collaboration with more than ADI Suppliers to ensure the accuracy and currency of website data via our Supplier PIM Portal for data submission.
- Partnership with external/3rd party companies to ingest product content collected.
- Active data quality monitoring, ensuring our information is on the optimal state for our websites.
- Assist with the integration of the PIM system with inbound and outbound systems.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to utilize the PIM system for process improvement, enhanced data governance, and increased operational efficiency across functions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Digital teams to implement updates and ensure data accuracy within the PIM system.
- Perform additional tasks and special projects as required.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 1–3 years of experience in data cleansing, data architecture, data modeling, and taxonomy/schema design.
- 1–3 years of experience working with Master Data Management (MDM), PIM, ERP, or comparable relational database platforms such as Akeneo, Enterworks, SAP MDG, Riversand, InRiver, Salsify, Informatica, and others.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, and Snowflake
- Proficiently skilled in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
