Here at Co-op Live, we are looking for a Business Systems & Project Coordinator to join our Technology Team.

 

You’ll be the lead Coordinator for all system projects across the technology department and provide additional support to system developments across Co-op Live. You’ll be at the forefront of coordinating the development of the Single Customer View within our CRM; the bridge that connects all the teams within the business, contributing to our collective success.

 

In this pivotal role, you'll be an essential part of our technology team, helping us shape the future of live entertainment and make a meaningful impact on our planet's future.

As a Business Systems & Project Coordinator, we’re looking for someone who can play a key role in shaping and enhancing our customer journey through the effective management of our CRM and digital systems. Working closely with teams across Ticketing, Marketing, Commercial, Finance and external suppliers, you’ll support the development of Microsoft Dynamics 365, improve data quality and reporting, and help drive seamless fan experiences across all channels.

 

From automating workflows and customising dashboards to coordinating stakeholders and delivering user training, you’ll be at the centre of system improvements, collaboration and innovation across Co-op Live. 

What we’re looking for

 

We’re looking for a highly organised and solutions-focused individual with experience in CRM systems, project management and systems integration planning. You’ll be confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, able to think strategically about long-term scalability and organisational benefit, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

 

Strong IT and communication skills are essential, alongside a positive, resilient attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure. Most importantly, you’ll be a collaborative team player who brings energy, momentum and a proactive work ethic to a high-performing environment.
