Position Summary

As a Residential Aide, you will provide essential services and support that help residents meet their personal care, leisure, social/emotional, health, and spiritual needs in a respectful and nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum one year of experience in a CBRF setting preferred
• Completion of required CBRF certifications:
  
  • Standard Precautions
  • Fire Safety
  • First Aid
  • Medication Administration
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written documentation and instructions
• Ability to safely perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
• Willingness to participate in a CNA training program within 6 months of hire (CNA preferred but not required)
