This full-time Financial Services Representative position will work at our Newaygo, MI branch. Responsibilities include:

• Meet with members and receive member telephone calls to assist with inquires, solve problems and answer questions.
• Process various cash and non-cash transactions for members
• Open new accounts, inform members of appropriate products and services, set up payroll deductions, direct deposits, address changes, etc.

• Excellent customer service skills and experience with an outgoing personality
• Understanding of basic accounting and checkbook reconciliation
