What You�ll Do:

� Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping

� Manage and train maintenance staff and vendors

� Complete service requests and apartment make-readies

� Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards

� Maintain budget and inventory

� Provide outstanding service to residents

What We�re Looking For:

� 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience

� HVAC-certified with EPA card (Type II or Universal)

� Strong plumbing and general maintenance skills

� Working knowledge of electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems

� Reliable transportation and basic tools

� Ability to work on-call and in varying weather conditions
