Job Description

The Sales Representative at Folium Medical Device is a crucial member of our organization. They work as ambassadors to our existing and potential customers. This dynamic position plays a key role in maintaining the momentum of the business and is fundamental in achieving set targets. Undertaking a mix of telephone and face-to-face meetings, the Sales Representative will articulate the benefits of our state-of-the-art medical devices and persuade prospective clients to procure them.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities with existing and new clients.
    • Building business relationships with current and potential clients to facilitate sales.
    • Maintaining updated knowledge of products, patient needs, and competitor activity.
    • Developing customized targeted sales strategies to optimize outreach.
    • Creating and presenting proposals to potential clients and negotiating contracts to close agreements.
    • Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals and maintaining a steady pipeline of opportunities.
    • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with a minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales role, preferably with a medical device organization.
    • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex medical terminology to a diverse customer base.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and ability to build solid relationships with clients.
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
    • Willingness to travel.
