Experience & Qualifications Needed:
- Demonstrates excellence in customer service within a professional environment, with the ability to build positive relationships
- Ability to confidently and professionally interact with executives, VIP clients, and other high-level stake holders with the ability to always represent the company in a sophisticated and professional manner at all times.
- Maintains a sophisticated appearance and demeanor
- Service industry experience highly encouraged
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
- Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit.
- Obtains and records basic customer demographic information using a dealership sales control system.
- Answers basic customer inquiries and refers more extensive questions to the appropriate person.
- Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting for, or introduces the customer to a salesperson.
- Maintain sales floor appearance
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods of time
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
- Follow scheduled hours as needed, defined by your manager.
