Vartied Shift - Wednesday through Sunday
Looking for someone that is personable and with guest facing customer service experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Reports directly to the Gold Club Manager
- Provides prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests
· Requires dependable, punctual attendance and willingness to work flexible hours as needed
· Commensurate knowledge of the current and ongoing Casino Promotion(s) and provide guests with the current Casino Promotional information and Special Events
· Respond to guest inquiries regarding their Players Card information and rewards and current or upcoming promotional events
· Commensurate knowledge of Gaming and Departmental policies and procedures
- Commensurate knowledge of computer data entry of guest information
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; in Spanish is a plus
- Discretion and confidentiality of guest personal information received from Players Card accounts
- Commensurate knowledge of computers, typing and general office equipment
- Be adaptable, and demonstrate the highest level of guest service and response
- Ability to multitask
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
· High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
· Experience working in Hospitality or Casino environment preferred
AGE AND CERTIFICATIONS:
· 21 years of age or above
· Nevada Gaming Registration

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
The noise level in the work environment requires work in varying level of crowds, noise and smoke, the severity of which depends upon guest volume. Work is conducted indoors in a climate-controlled environment. Requires constant interaction with casino guests.
Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, employees must be able to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
Summary
The Gold Club Host is responsible for creating a fun and friendly environment for our guests while assisting in the Eureka Casino Marketing Promotions as well as the day-to-day Gold Club operations for Player development, inquiries, requests and transactions.
The Essential Duties and Responsibilities in this Summary and as outlined will be taught and demonstrated during the Gold Club Casino Host Training process.
