-Ensure quality service to a diverse customer base
-Maintain a clean dining room/facilities throughout shift
-Thoroughly clean tables and reset for next guest
-Replenish stock throughout shift
-Assist servers in clearing guests tables
-Follow safety regulations and procedures
-Maintain a clean work area and complete daily assigned sidework
-Anticipate guests needs to ensure a great dining experience
