About the role
Leads the Document Management team in Lake Forest, IL with all key functions of mail, imaging, processing documents, and administrative updates to the policies.Key Accountabilities
Manages the Document Management team in day-to-day workflow and task assignment ensuring all key SLAs are met.
Acts as a SME for the team supporting adjacent teams with workflow, processes, projects, and testing of any changes.
Performs all key managerial functions for her team: timekeeping, performance management, career development.
Other duties as needed/assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Three years minimum experience with managing a team
High school diploma or GED
Collaboration skills
Excellent Business Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Basic Math skills required
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
Detail Oriented with multi-tasking abilities
Excellent organizational skills
Independent problem-solving skills
Time management and prioritization skills
Working in the office location is required
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
Insurance knowledge is a plus
Mail room and imaging experience
The compensation range for this role is (based on the corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois):
$62,947.30 - $90,923.65 per yearThe final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus.
