A. Chiến lược & Kế hoạch / Strategy & Planning
• Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược kinh doanh, kế hoạch phát triển cho kênh Digital Partnership
Develop and execute business strategy and growth plans for the Digital Partnership channel.
• Định hướng phát triển sản phẩm, quy trình bán hàng, trải nghiệm khách hàng trên nền tảng Digital
Guide product development, sales processes, and customer experience initiatives on Digital platforms.
B. Quản lý Đối tác & Account / Partnership & Account Management
• Quản lý và phát triển quan hệ đối tác chiến lược, bao gồm xây dựng hợp đồng, thỏa thuận, và thúc đẩy hiệu quả hợp tác
Manage and develop strategic partnerships, including contract/agreement development and driving collaboration effectiveness.
• Quản lý account đối tác Digital: trực tiếp duy trì, phát triển và tối ưu hóa hiệu quả hợp tác với các đối tác Digital (Fintech, E-commerce, Telco, Aggregator, v.v.)
Manage Digital partner accounts: directly maintain, develop, and optimize collaboration with Digital partners (Fintech, E-commerce, Telco, Aggregator, etc.).
C. Quản lý Hiệu suất & Báo cáo / Performance Management & Reporting
• Giám sát hiệu suất kinh doanh, phân tích dữ liệu, đề xuất và triển khai các giải pháp cải tiến
Oversee business performance, analyze data, propose and implement improvement solutions.
• Thực hiện và trình bày các báo cáo quản trị kinh doanh, hiệu suất, chi phí/ngân sách cho cấp quản lý
Prepare and present business management, performance, and cost/budget reports for management.
D. Triển khai & Thực thi / Execution & Implementation
• Đại diện cho kênh Digital Partnership trong các dự án phát triển kinh doanh, chuyển đổi số, phối hợp đa phòng ban
Represent the Digital Partnership channel in business development and digital transformation projects, collaborating across departments.
• Chủ động thực hiện các nhiệm vụ, dự án được giao với mức hướng dẫn tối thiểu, đảm bảo chất lượng và tiến độ
Proactively execute assigned tasks and projects with minimal guidance, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Qualifications
• Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành liên quan.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• Ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý kênh Bancassurance hoặc Digital Partnership tại công ty bảo hiểm nhân thọ hoặc tài chính.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing Bancassurance or Digital Partnership channel in life insurance or financial companies.
• Kinh nghiệm xây dựng và phát triển quan hệ hợp tác đối tác, triển khai dự án kinh doanh.
Experience in partnership development and business project execution.
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp, xây dựng quan hệ đối tác, thuyết phục và đàm phán tốt.
Strong communication, partner relationship, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Tiếng Anh tốt (đọc/hiểu/viết/nói).
Good English skills (reading/understanding/writing/speaking)
