About JD Young Internship
The JD Young Internship Program aims to cultivate young talent by providing opportunities to enhance their professional skills and accelerate their growth. It is also designed to identify high-potential candidates suited for the JD Star Program.

Job Responsibilities
1.Assist in daily warehouse quality inspection to ensure compliance in inbound, storage, and outbound processes;
2.Support tracking and recording of warehouse exceptions, and assist in root-cause analysis and improvement;
3.Participate in discussions and execution of quality process optimization to enhance efficiency;
4.Collect, organize, and report operational data;
5.Complete other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements
1.Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields;
2.Able to commit at least 3 days per week, with a continuous internship period of 3 months or longer preferred;
3.Detail-oriented, careful, and responsible, with strong observation skills;
4.Proficient in MS Office; data handling experience is a plus;
5.Prior internship or project experience in warehousing/logistics is preferred.

Hourly salary: 20USD
