YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MEETING WITH THE SCHOOL'S ADMINISTRATION FOR YOUR SPECIFIC DAILY JOB DUTIES.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:   

• 21 years of age


• Skilled in the maintenance of school district building facilities, equipment, and grounds relative to caring, cleaning, repairing and replacing

 

REPORTS TO:             

Building Evaluator or designee

 

SUPERVISES:           

None

 

JOB GOAL:                 

To be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all assigned areas of the site building plant, facilities, grounds and equipment

 

TERM:                         

Twelve (12) months

 

SALARY:

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Complete maintenance activities of building facilities, equipment and grounds as directed by head custodian, building evaluator, or custodial supervisor.

1. Follow state, school board and school policies relative to the safety and security of buildings, equipment and supplies.

1. Work cooperatively with other custodial staff, head custodian, building evaluator, custodial supervisor, and other school district personnel as necessary to perform assigned duties.

1. Attend in-service training as required by the custodial supervisor and/or building evaluator

1. Perform other related duties as assigned by the custodial supervisor and/or building evaluator
