- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs with fidelity and in compliance with federal, state, and district regulations; meets all timelines and deadlines.
- Manage time effectively to ensure completion of documentation, progress monitoring, and reporting requirements with accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide direct instruction using evidence-based strategies aligned to IEP goals and individual student needs.
- Adapt curriculum, materials, and assessments to ensure access to the general education curriculum and promote student independence.
- Actively participate in the MTSS process, using data to inform decisions, monitor progress, and adjust supports and services.
- Collaborate and communicate at a high level of competence with general education teachers, families, and related service providers to ensure cohesive student support.
- Implement behavior plans and support students' social, emotional, and behavioral development within structured, inclusive environments.
- Maintain accurate records, coordinates services, and ensures consistent, compliant delivery of all special education supports and related services.
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education (or related field); Master's degree is a plus
- Valid Pennsylvania certification in Special Education Pk-12
- Experience working in an Learning Support classroom.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to use adaptive technologies and assistive devices.
