Responsibilities



  • Contract commercial Terms& Condition review & risk control, and submit proposal to sales dept. on bidding activities including checking commercial terms deviation etc.

  • Fill in cost pre-calculation schema

  • Set up Sales Quotes and Sales Orders in ERP system (Navision)

  • Order handling working with Sales and PJM

  • Billing process and payment tracking

  • Monitor Account Receivable

  • Creation and maintenance master data, filling and reporting

  • Conduct commercial standard contract and comply to company directives and regulations;

  • Create delivery note & document


 


Requirements:



  • 5+ years’ working experiences in commercial operations

  • Solid commercial skills in commercial risk analysis, contract management and order handling

  • Effective project, time and document management skills and ability to multi-tasking

  • Ability to interact with sales and cross functions to achieve a successful order processing from start to finish

  • Good understanding of core business processes

  • Basic finance, accounting and legal knowledge

  • Fluent in both written and oral English

  • Advanced computer skills and profound usage of MS Office, experience in Navision is preferred
