Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Location & Duration:

  • Oxnard, CA 93036 � 10-hour event
  • Dates: To Be Determined (February 2026)
    Language Requirement: Bilingual (English + Spanish preferred)
    Insurance Requirement: Must provide own Certificate of Insurance (COI)

About the Role:

Unify Health Services is seeking experienced and bilingual Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our network of independent healthcare professionals. As an Industrial Medical Provider, you�ll deliver on-site biometric screenings and support the health of industrial workers in a dynamic occupational setting. This is a 1099 opportunity ideal for contractors looking to make a meaningful impact in workplace wellness.

Work Environment:

You�ll be working in the industrial setting, helping to safeguard the health of industrial athletes who keep operations running smoothly.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in the state of California
  • Current CPR and BLS certification.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of clinical experience
  • Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Must carry personal liability insurance and provide COI

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior work in occupational or industrial health
  • Proficiency in blood draws
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
  • Ability to perform pinching, grasping, gripping, and overhead reaching
  • Occasional bending, stooping, and lifting (30�50 lbs)
  • Some computer/data entry work may be required
