Primary Responsibilities

The Cook ensures that the resident meals are properly prepared and apportioned according to the resident’s diet specifications, facility procedures, and prescribed dietary and sanitary regulations.

Essential Functions

	<li>Prepared food items on assigned/scheduled menus</li>
	<li>Maintains sanitation of equipment and utensils, work area, storage, area, and serving area</li>
	<li>Follow proper food handling procedures</li>
