Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the nursing care on assigned shift or department
  2. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  3. Supervise, mentor, and guide nursing staff to ensure best practices and standards
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  5. Monitor and adjust patient care plans as needed
  6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to optimize patient care


Qualifications:

  1. Current Certified Medication Technician ( CMT ) certification in the State of Alabama
  2. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. A commitment to providing high-quality care and hospitality.
  5. Knowledge of medication administration procedures and regulations.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
