ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Guest Service: Provide exemplary, personalized service to members and guests, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and enjoyment throughout their dining experience. Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly and courteously.
2. Menu Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of the dining menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, wine pairings, and house cocktails. Assist members and guests in making informed menu choices and provide recommendations as needed.
3. Table Preparation: Set and maintain elegant table settings, ensuring they meet the standards for cleanliness and presentation. Ensure tables are appropriately arranged for the number of guests in the party.
4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other waitstaff members to ensure smooth and timely service. Communicate member feedback and special requests to the relevant teams.

Requirements

1. Previous experience as a waiter/waitress/bartender is preferred, but not required.
2. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a polished appearance.
6. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
7. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Your exceptional service, attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge of our menu will contribute to our goal of creating the best member experience.

Due to the cyclical nature of our industry, Club Employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the Club. Upon employment, all associates are required to fully comply with the company’s rules and regulations for the safe and efficient operation of the facilities.  Associates who violate the rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
