Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate STNA Weekend Warrior to join our team at St. Luke North Canton in North Canton, OH. As a Weekend Warrior, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents while working a weekend schedule. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support residents with meals, snacks, and hydration
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper technique and patient lifting devices
• Participate in rounds with nursing staff to report on resident conditions and concerns
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including restocking supplies and performing light housekeeping tasks
• Support the therapeutic care plan by participating in therapy sessions and activities
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Currently certified as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0 years of experience as an STNA
