As a Recovery Specialist, you’ll be part of a team helping adults experiencing mental health crises feel safe, supported, and empowered in their recovery.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll help support people in recovery by:

  • Building supportive relationships with individuals we serve
  • Assisting with daily activities, groups, and therapeutic programming
  • Helping maintain a safe, healing environment
  • Supporting people during difficult moments with compassion and teamwork
  • Observing, documenting, and communicating with the treatment team
  • Learning hands-on skills in behavioral health care

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
