Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) - Days

At Greencroft Goshen, our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are at the heart of what we do. You�ll provide daily care, comfort, and support to our residents � helping them live with dignity, safety, and joy. We�re looking for compassionate, dependable team members who believe in customer-centered care, open communication, and treating every person with respect.

Schedule

  • Full-time & Part-time

  • Must be able to work alternating weekends and holidays.

  • Weekend Shift Differential: +$1.50/hr

What You�ll Do

  • Build meaningful connections with residents and teammates through kind, respectful interactions.

  • Assist residents with daily living activities � including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility � while ensuring comfort and dignity.

  • Communicate clearly and kindly, explaining procedures and offering choices to residents.

  • Respond promptly to call lights and assist with resident needs.

  • Help keep resident living areas clean, tidy, and welcoming.

  • Stay calm and compassionate when faced with challenges involving residents, families, or team members.

  • Support safe transfers in and out of bed, and provide personal care as needed.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold state and facility standards for quality care.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support your team and residents.

What We�re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent (recommended).

  • Current CNA certification through the state board of health (required).

  • Commitment to annual in-service training to maintain certification.

  • Dependable, cooperative, and genuinely interested in caring for older adults.

  • Ability to follow written care instructions with attention to detail.
