Job Description




LOCATION: Onsite, Asoke Thailand 




CONTRACT TYPE: Full time Permanent 




 


Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving commercial growth? Join RS as an Account Manager, where you’ll manage a portfolio of customers, uncover new business opportunities, and position RS as the trusted supplier of choice in your territory. 




What You’ll Do 






  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers. 








  • Identify and engage target customers to generate new business. 








  • Drive upselling and cross-selling to achieve sales targets. 








  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions aligned to customer needs. 








  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales data to support forecasting and marketing insights. 








  • Use data-driven decision-making to ensure compliance with pricing and service agreements. 








  • Resolve customer issues and partner with teams to improve customer experience and NPS. 








  • Participate in product trainings, marketing initiatives, and continuous improvement activities. 








  • Uphold company standards and compliance across all processes. 






  




About you 




If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you: 






  • Over 3 years’ experience in Account Management or Strategic Business Development and proven track record in industrial field sales, preferably in Industry / MRO / Electronics. . 








  • Strong negotiator and communicator; builds effective relationships. 








  • Results‑driven with solid financial, analytical, and time‑management skills. 










  • Skilled in procurement understanding, value selling, and meeting KPIs. 








  • Collaborative, proactive, and committed to continuous learning. 








  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft tools.
