Job requirements
Experience in one or more Go To Market functions or roles, such as Account Executive, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Account Management, Customer Success, Partnerships, or related commercial roles.
Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, curious, and resourceful mindset.
Ability to understand customer, market, or business needs and translate them into value-driven solutions, experiences, or outcomes.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
Fluency in German (C2) and English, both written and spoken.
Experience working in the DACH market.
Job responsibilities
Drive growth across the DACH region through pipeline generation, revenue, customer adoption, retention, or expansion.
Build strong relationships with prospects, customers, and partners.
Deliver compelling outreach, campaigns, presentations, demos, proposals, or strategic conversations tailored to customer needs.
Partner cross-functionally to create excellent prospect and customer experiences.
Share market insights and customer feedback to help strengthen our go-to-market strategy.
Represent HiBob with energy, professionalism, and a strong understanding of our product and value proposition.
