What You’ll Do (At-a-Glance)

Lead the Branch

  • Own branch performance, growth strategy, and operations 
  • Build and execute a local business plan 
  • Align clinical, operational, and sales efforts 

Build & Develop Your Team

  • Recruit, hire, and retain top clinical talent 
  • Coach and develop staff for high performance 
  • Foster a strong, accountable, and collaborative culture 

Drive Results & Patient Experience

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and quality outcomes 
  • Partner cross-functionally to grow market share 
  • Improve patient satisfaction and care delivery 


What You Bring

  • Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required) 
  • 1+ year leadership experience in home health (Supervisor or DON level) 
  • Strong understanding of home health regulations & compliance 
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance 
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
