Role overview

 
As a Software Engineer, you’ll join our team to plan, build and deliver enterprise software solutions for our clients. You’ll collaborate with teammates (technical and non-technical), learn quickly, take on new responsibilities, and deepen your engineering skills. Ownership, good communication and a growth mindset are key.


Your key responsibilities
  • Develop software according to specifications (SRS, interface designs)
  • Work as part of a team: participate in code reviews, pair programming, collaborative problem solving
  • Contribute ideas and improvements to the development process and stack
  • Write tests and participate in ensuring quality (unit tests, functional tests)
  • Assist with estimations, task planning and time management
  • Continuously learn new tools, frameworks and practices, and share your learnings with the team


  • The ideal candidate
  • Around 3 years of experience as a software engineer or developer, ideally with several recent projects in modern programming languages such as Python, C#, GoLang, JavaScript/TypeScript or Java
  • A bachelor’s degree, college diploma or equivalent experience in a software-related field
  • Comfortable working in French and English
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
  • Interest in both front-end and back-end development


  • You should be proficient with
  • Full-stack web development (front-end + back-end)
  • Modern client-side framework or library (React, Angular, Svelte, etc.)
  • Development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Generative AI-assisted Development (Github Copilot, Windsurf, Cursor, etc.)
  • Writing automated tests (unit, integration)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines


  • It’s a plus if you have experience with
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Containerization / virtualization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Mobile app development
  • Microservices architecture
  • Domain-Driven Design or other advanced design patterns
