Pinchin is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sudbury. This role reports to the Operations Manager.
Department Overview:
The Administrative team at Pinchin provides essential operational and administrative support that keeps projects, offices, and teams running smoothly. Working closely with technical staff, project managers, and leadership, the department supports document preparation, coordination, communication, and day‑to‑day office functions, enabling teams to deliver high‑quality consulting services efficiently and professionally.
Your Role and Action
- Format and finalize reports
- Work with incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages
- Data Entry, file preparation and management
- Coordinate meetings and employee travel
- Order office and kitchen supplies
- Assist project managers with project related requests
What You’ll Bring to Pinchin
- Secretarial, Administrative Assistant, Business Administration or Business Computer Course Diploma (or work experience equivalent)
- Entry-level to 2 years administrative experience an asset
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience using a project-based accounting system considered an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, with high attention to detail
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision under strict deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for working with all levels of the organization
Compensation and Assessment
