Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Driver to operate within a specific, defined geographic area, including California (CA), Arizona (AZ), Las Vegas, Nevada (NV), and Salt Lake City, Utah (UT).

Regional Drivers are responsible for transporting goods to distribution centers, manufacturers, and other businesses. These routes are designed to allow drivers to return home on a weekly basis, or at least on weekends.

  • Average Weekly Miles:2,400–2,600

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary:$60,000–$75,000 annually, with an On-Target Earning (OTE) up to $100,000 (depending on miles driven).
  • Additional Pay:Detention pay, Layover pay
  • Bonus: Safety Bonus (Up to 3 cents/ mile depending on millage!), Production Bonus (Up to 2.5 cents /mile monthly depending on millage!)

Requirements

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • A Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)is required.
  • Must be at least 24 years of age.
  • A current medical cardis required.
  • A minimum of two years of verifiable driver experience is required within the last five years.
