Key accountabilities
- Ensure efficient operation of the Spa Desk responsibilities with efficient handover.
- Promote and sell spa services and retail products maximizing the potential of all sales.
- Complete the daily opening and closing procedures professionally and accurately as set by the Spa Management team.
- Organize scheduling to maximize use of time and profitability.
- Ensures elevated services recovery to exceed guest expectations, in keeping with the Peninsula Service Principles and a focus on Life Lived Best Operating Principles.
- Communicate with all departments to create a guest centric experience.
General requirements
- Working experience in luxury hotels or Spa’s front of house or reception .
- Ability to deal with a high level of work demand and pressure and show flexibility as well as understanding of the expectations.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people.
- Knowledge in using spa computerized booking systems is an advantage.
- Fluent English and Turkish communication proficiency.
