This position focuses on developing new B2B partnerships with diagnostic test manufacturers by integrating Streck products early in the product development lifecycle.

This is a highly consultative, investigative sales role requiring a strong “hunter” mindset. The individual will engage partners during product development, clinical trials, and pre-commercialization phases to ensure Streck products are embedded, recommended, and positioned for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers early in product development cycles to influence product adoption and long-term integration.

  • Collaborate closely with product development, product management, marketing, quality, and regulatory teams.

  • Lead strategic discussions around forecasting, pricing, contracts, and long-term partnership planning.

  • Represent Streck and its molecular portfolio at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

  • Utilize CRM tools (Dynamics) and reporting platforms (Power BI) to manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance.

Success Metrics

  • Establishment or closure of approximately 3–5 new strategic molecular partnerships within the first 3–12 months.

  • Revenue and margin growth driven primarily by new account acquisition and partnership development.

Requirements

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience).

  • 10+ years of experience in diagnostics or life sciences, with 3–5 years specifically in molecular diagnostics and/or strategic account roles.

  • Proven experience in strategic B2B partnerships, consultative sales, or a blend of sales and product management.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate complex, technical sales cycles.

  • Executive-level communication and relationship management skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems; experience with Dynamics and Power BI preferred.

Ideal Candidate Traits

  • Hunter mentality with strong curiosity and consultative instincts.

  • Comfortable operating with autonomy and ambiguity in a newly created role.
