We are looking for an enthusiastic provider in the Chapel Hill/Durham area!

 

We are looking for a part-time Physical Therapist who is excellent clinically and genuinely enjoys being visible in the local sports community to join our team! This person builds trust with athletes and families, strengthens relationships with coaches/gyms/teams, and help grow our community presence over time.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care, including youth athletes
  • Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education like rehab and return-to-sport planning
  • Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Communicate clearly with teens and parents; coordinate appropriately with coaches/ATs when helpful.

  • Represent the clinic out in the community in a way that feels authentic and aligned
  • Support 1–2 simple, repeatable community touchpoints/month
  • Help build relationships with local teams, coaches, gyms, studios, and sports orgs
  • Contribute ideas and follow-through for events, workshops, and partnerships    

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice) 
  • Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care 
  • SCS or experience with injury/post-op rehabilitation to return to sport is strongly preferred
  • CPR and first aid certification required 

About

Compensation: $44-$48/hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
