We are seeking an experienced, energetic, compassionate, and dynamic Middle School Teacher to join our team and serve our vibrant Catholic community.

Position Start Date: August 2026

Position Overview
This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position reporting to the Principal. Our program is part of a dual language immersion program, with instruction delivered in both English and Spanish to develop bilingual, biliterate, and culturally aware students.

Qualifications
• Current state teaching certification or ability to obtain
• Commitment to the mission of Catholic education (practicing Catholic preferred)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Demonstrated fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong communication skills with students, families, and colleagues
• Familiarity with educational technology and learning management systems
• Strong classroom management rooted in restorative and developmentally appropriate practices

Responsibilities
• Teach Middle School courses as assigned in both languages
• Design and implement engaging, standards-aligned instruction
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Use data to support and monitor student academic growth
• Communicate student progress clearly with families and administration
• Support students in meeting Common Core and Archdiocesan Religion Standards
• Foster a strong classroom community that supports social-emotional growth
• Collaborate within a Professional Learning Community
• Integrate Catholic values into daily instruction and classroom life
• Prepare students for liturgies, prayer services, and school traditions
• Maintain accurate grading and documentation
• Participate in professional development, school events, and supervision duties
• Adhere to all school and Archdiocesan policies

Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $55,000�$70,000 for a 1.0 FTE certificated teacher. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.
