Support the governance, maintenance, and operational administration of Oaktree’s global legal entity processes.

Experience in legal entity governance or corporate secretarial work (preferably Cayman).
Strong drafting, organization, and attention to detail.
Familiarity with entity management systems and MS 365 tools.
Ability to manage stakeholders and multitask across competing priorities.
