Business Segment Overview

Position Purpose: Responsible for processing and reconciling top day transactions including dairy stop call invoicing, EFR/EFP/EOO trades and ensuring accurate and compliant clearing.



Responsibilities:

Primary duties will include:

  • Process all EFR/EFP/EOO transactions for StoneX and clients. 
  • Resolve discrepancies on all EFR/EFP/EOO orders with customers and opposing clearing firms
  • Process CME Spot Call Dairy including invoicing, postings and liaising with the opposite clearing firms and brokers.
  • Ensuring accuracy of top day transactions
  • Detailed oriented while able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Assists with back office responsibilities such as out trades, checkout and CTR audits as required
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Maintains prompt and regular attendance.

Qualifications:

To land this role you will need:

  • Minimum 4 years futures industry experience
  • Knowledge of GMI and/or RAN
  • Ability to prioritize under pressure
  • Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills

 

Education / Certification Requirements:

  • High School education or equivalent

 

Working environment:

  • 4 days per week onsite, 1 day per week remote

 

Hiring Salary Range $52,000 - $56,160 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
