Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for ensuring that ShipERP products are functioning as designed and minimizing product defects by identifying bugs and missing functionalities based on given product requirements. 

  • With the initiative to help with the continuous advancement of our products by identifying potential issues and areas of improvement.


Responsibilities:

  • Create test cases and test data for various test scenarios

  • Execute and document test scripts and analyze results

  • Review of test scripts

  • Identify and isolate bugs in software

  • Basic troubleshooting of product issues/bugs

  • Identify potential issues in user interface

  • Identify other areas of improvement for the product

  • Understand the functionality and business process related to the product

  • Coordinate with Business Analysts and Developers regarding the expected functionality of the product to verify test execution and results


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder of IT, Engineering, Computer Science and other related courses

  • Experience as Software Tester or Quality Assurance Tester is an advantage

  • With experience either in Manual or Automation Testing

  • Experience in Cloud is an advantage

  • SAP background is a plus

  • Familiarity or experience in testing tools and framework would be a plus

  • Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills

  • Willing to work in shifting schedule and night shift
