We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across our growing quick-service restaurant (QSR) brands.
This is a high-impact role responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll for a multi-state, high-volume workforce — while also leading and developing a strong payroll team.

What You’ll Own!
Payroll Operations
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing across multiple QSR brands
- Ensure payroll is accurate, timely, and compliant across all locations
- Manage high-volume, multi-state payroll cycles
Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of payroll specialists
- Provide hands-on training and mentorship to build a strong payroll function
- Establish clear processes, expectations, and accountability
Auditing, Reporting & Compliance
- Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Review reports, reconciliations, and payroll variances
- Ensure proper handling of garnishments, taxes, and deductions
- Partner with HR and Finance on audits and reporting
- Utilize and optimize payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now / Vantage preferred)
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Support system enhancements and workflow improvements
Cross-Functional Impact
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations leadership
- Support onboarding, compensation changes, and payroll-related processes
- Provide insights and reporting to support business decisions
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of payroll experience, with leadership experience required
- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
- Experience managing multi-state, high-volume payroll, and knowledgeable with multi-state and federal laws
- Proven experience in payroll auditing, reporting, and compliance
- Experience with ADP/Vantage, or similar systems preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
