Marquis Home Care is seeking a motivated, outgoing HHA Field Recruiter to help grow our team of compassionate caregivers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the community, building relationships, and connecting caregivers with meaningful work.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard Home Health Aides (HHAs) throughout the community

• Develop partnerships with local schools, training programs, and community organizations

• Attend job fairs, open houses, and community events to attract new talent

• Guide candidates through the hiring and compliance process

• Collaborate with the office team to meet weekly recruitment goals

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare recruitment, sales, staffing, or community outreach preferred

• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Pay & Benefits

• $20–$25/hour (competitive hourly pay)

• $20 commission for every HHA you bring in
