We require:
- Valid NYS LPN License
We prefer:
- 1+ year nursing certification
- 1-3 years Long Term Care experience.
- Reside in Suffolk County.

Salary: $28.5 - $35.00 per hour
* Rates are based on commensurate experience and other qualifications.
