Key responsibilities

Part of leadership team of MICT CFS, role is responsible for

1. Cargo and container operations at Yard spread in 50 acres
2. Lead a team of 23 energetic people, act as coach and develop talent
3. Cost and resource optimisation for MICT CFS
4. Co-ordinate with contractors, customers, and internal teams for ensuring timely service delivery
5. Customer satisfaction by offering best in class service
6. To comply with all aspects of MICT’s Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Supply chain security management systems.
7. Yard planning to achieve highest productivity with efficient cost management,
8. Maintain proper cleanliness / housekeeping at yard.
9. Monthly cargo inventory and Longstanding cargo follow up with customers.
10. Planning of container and cargo handing equipment’s in yard
