In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth efforts, connecting with businesses, generating qualified leads, and promoting our product and service portfolio. You’ll play a key role in supporting sales and marketing campaigns across direct and distribution territories, while maintaining accurate lead data in our SAP CRM system.This position offers an excellent opportunity to sharpen your B2B sales and communication skills, collaborate with senior sales leaders, and contribute directly to the success of our marketing initiatives. What you will doConduct outbound B2B calls to prospective customers to introduce product and service offerings, including service contracts and solutions tailored to business needs.Identify and qualify leads by assessing business challenges, decision-making authority, budget, and timeline.Nurture early-stage prospects through consistent, informative conversations that build trust and prepare them for future sales engagement.Capture all lead and contact data in SAP CRM, ensuring timely and accurate updates on interactions, progress, and next steps.Collaborate with marketing teams on targeted campaigns and provide insights on lead performance and market trends.Partner with external sales representatives to hand off qualified opportunities for closure and track progress to conversion.Generate actionable feedback for management by recognizing recurring customer needs, market patterns, or opportunities for new service offerings.Serve as a cross-functional resource, supporting other divisions as needed to meet sales objectives.
