🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a pipe installation crew on water/wastewater projects.

• Install ductile iron & C900 pipe using mechanical joints and push-in systems like a pro.

• Read and interpret blueprints and specs to plan your day and coordinate work efficiently.

• Team up with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors — communication skills matter!

• Ensure safety compliance, including excavation and trenching protocols (you’re a competent person in the trenches).

• Keep projects on schedule, within budget, and top-quality — and be proud of it.

💪 What You Bring

✔ 4+ years of hands-on pipe installation experience (especially ductile iron & C900)
✔ Experience leading crews and coordinating field work
✔ Blueprint reading and construction plan interpretation skills
✔ Safety-first mindset — OSHA 10 is required; competent person/trenching certification preferred
✔ Excellent communication & leadership on the jobsite
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable ride to the job site
✔ Union affiliation or willingness to join (Carpenters or Laborers)
