Job Description

This role is focused on leading the successful implementation of the Pinewood Automotive Intelligence Platform across dealerships in the UK and internationally. As a Training and Implementation Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery – from initial discovery and planning through to go-live and follow-up support.  

You’ll work closely with customers, guiding them through the implementation process while ensuring projects are delivered on time, to a high standard, and with clear commercial impact.  

This role suits someone who combines strong project management capability with excellent communication skills and a passion for working directly with customers in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage full lifecycle implementations of the Pinewood platform across dealership customers 
  • Facilitate initial project meetings to understand customer requirements and define implementation scope 
  • Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans, including timelines and resource allocation 
  • Manage project risks and ensure issues are identified and resolved proactively 
  • Deliver regular progress updates to stakeholders, including customers and internal leadership 
  • Conduct on-site consultancy visits, including set-up, live week support, and follow-up sessions 
  • Support and deliver training sessions to ensure effective system adoption 
  • Ensure all project documentation and internal systems are kept accurate and up to date 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery aligned to Pinewood standards 
  • Lead and support team members, including conducting 1-2-1s, setting objectives, and driving performance 
  • Represent Pinewood professionally to customers, promoting company values and best practices 
  • Stay up to date with automotive industry trends and evolving customer needs
