Responsibilities
Clean resident/patient rooms, offices and public areas
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Thoroughly cleans residents/patients’ rooms daily as assigned , to include dust mopping and wet mopping the floor, high dusting, low dusting, disinfecting of bed frames and wall spotting.
- Cleans all residents/patients’ and public rest rooms on unit on a daily basis according to dept. procedures.
- Cleans common areas on the unit, to include nurse’s station, solarium, laundry room and linen room. Wipes down lounge chairs throughout the unit.
- Cleans residents/patients’ rooms daily as assigned to include damp dusting, dust mopping and wet mopping of the floor, and emptying trash.
- Empties all trash from all residents/patients’ rooms and common areas.
