Production & Release Support Analyst
Be the heartbeat of production stability and release excellence. This role sits at the center of support, monitoring, and release coordination�helping ensure systems run smoothly, issues are caught early, and deployments are done right every time.
What You�ll Do
- Act as the central coordinator for production support and release activities across business systems
- Ensure service desk tickets are clear, complete, and escalation-ready with strong business context
- Spot patterns in escalations, defects, and support outcomes to drive operational improvements
- Monitor production batches, scheduled jobs, integrations, and automated processes for issues
- Review logs and outputs to identify, triage, and document production problems early
- Create and coordinate Jira work items for defects, enhancements, and support needs
- Maintain high-quality documentation to support efficient technical review and resolution
- Coordinate deployments into non-production environments (UAT, Model, Training)
- Validate release readiness, approvals, and documentation before deployments occur
- Ensure release notes, communications, and ticket alignment support smooth delivery
- Verify internal and vendor-delivered work follows release and deployment standards
- Support urgent production incidents and high-demand operational periods as needed
- Partner closely with Business Analysts, QA, Development, vendors, and leadership
- Promote consistent processes, strong communication, and continuous improvement

Minimum Requirements:
� High School Diploma or equivalent
� Six (6) years of industry-related experience in software development and business systems management
� Two (2) or more years of supervisory experience
� OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience
