What You'll Do:
- Oversee the daily delivery of high-quality, person-centered services in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D and R&M Welty, Inc policies
- Ensure compliance, staff supervision, documentation accuracy, and health and safety oversight
- Maintain efficient and effective processes and operations at assigned sites
- Serve as the key liaison among the persons served, staff, guardians, case managers, and the administrative team
What You'll Need:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team while upholding person-centered and professional standards
- Proficient with technology, documentation, communication, organization, and time management
- At least one year of management, leadership, or training experience
- At least one year of full-time experience in direct care and 50 hours of relevant training (preferred)
- Experience with Minnesota 245D Designated Coordinator qualifications, or willingness to obtain this requirement
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
