What You'll Do:  

  • Oversee the daily delivery of high-quality, person-centered services in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D and R&M Welty, Inc policies
  • Ensure compliance, staff supervision, documentation accuracy, and health and safety oversight
  • Maintain efficient and effective processes and operations at assigned sites
  • Serve as the key liaison among the persons served, staff, guardians, case managers, and the administrative team
 

What You'll Need:  

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team while upholding person-centered and professional standards 
  • Proficient with technology, documentation, communication, organization, and time management
  • At least one year of management, leadership, or training experience
  • At least one year of full-time experience in direct care and 50 hours of relevant training (preferred)
  • Experience with Minnesota 245D Designated Coordinator qualifications, or willingness to obtain this requirement  
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
