Reporting to the Head of IT Operations, this role works closely with functional leaders, delivery managers and Finance to provide commercial oversight, deal support and contract discipline. You will lead sourcing and negotiation activities, manage supplier performance and ensure Lovisa achieves value for money while suppliers meet their contractual commitments.

You will also manage a small team, supporting the overall effectiveness of IT procurement and governance.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support and lead the procurement of IT hardware, software and services in line with IT policies and sourcing approaches

  • Manage a team of Contract Specialists providing contract and procurement support

  • Assist functional and technical managers with commercial input, negotiations, contract reviews and scope definition

  • Own and maintain the IT contract register, ensuring agreements, amendments and renewal dates are accurate

  • Monitor supplier compliance with pricing, service levels, SLAs and billing accuracy

  • Identify, investigate and help recover overbilling, under‑delivery and cost anomalies

  • Partner with IT and Finance on renewals, spend reviews and optimisation initiatives

  • Support compliant purchasing processes and assist with invoice and pricing issue resolution

  • Maintain accurate contract, asset and licence information to support governance and compliance

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes, templates and ways of working

About you
You are a confident and commercially aware procurement professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders and suppliers to improve outcomes and protect the business.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in IT procurement, contract management or supplier governance

  • Strong commercial acumen with the confidence to challenge constructively

  • Proven negotiation skills and attention to commercial detail

  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret pricing and supplier data

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical, operational and finance teams

  • A proactive, improvement‑focused and compliance‑driven approach

  • Experience managing or supporting team members (preferred)

Benefits

  • Opportunity to work in a fast‑paced global retail environment

  • High‑visibility role partnering closely with IT and Finance leadership

  • Ability to influence commercial outcomes and procurement maturity

  • Supportive team culture with a strong focus on continuous improvement

We believe in supporting diverse cultures and harnessing the unique knowledge and experience of our team. We celebrate our global presence, by supporting our culturally diverse team around the world.
