Job Responsibilities
Interacting with target application with existing or new portfolio in China side, especially in related key Tier1 side to seek the chance and transplant success applications. Sales manager has a variety of job responsibilities, including:
- Working hard and flexible to find new opportunities and share shifting program to achieve the Target/AOP year on year in target application like Mobility system.
- Working flexible to seek the chance with existing portfolio PA66,PA6 in Mobility application.
- Following the existing customers to maintain the order, forecast, new project to achieve the AOP.
- Working with platform teams to identify and try to win new applications on electrical systems (HV connector, busbar) etc.
- According to OEM or Tier1 the new application needs to work with technology team to develop new portfolio.
Job Requirements
The successful Key Account Manager will be degreed in a relevant engineering discipline with advanced education highly desirable:
- 8+ years working experience and 5+ years’ experience in Automotive Market with knowledge of plastic applications. 3 + years Experiences on business development.
- Nylon EP working experience or Mobility tier1 working experience background.
- Understanding the OEM and Tier1 working flow and project development experience in OEM and Tier1 side is a plus.
- Working inspiring and target achievement driving. Never giving up and would like to challenge himself/herself.
- Good mindset of teamwork and self-management.
- Good communication skill with internal & external customers, fluent in English.
- Effective in delivering presentations to large groups of industry professionals or non-technical executives.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
