Associate Dentist Opportunity

Location: Southport, NC

Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is excited to be opening a brand-new practice in Southport, NC and are looking for a full-time Comprehensive Associate Dentist to join us!

This is a unique de novo opportunity for a motivated doctor who is excited to help grow a practice, build patient relationships, and be part of establishing a strong presence in the community from day one.

Sign-on bonus available and negotiable

What You’ll Do:

Provide comprehensive general dentistry with full clinical autonomy

Serve as the primary provider in a well-supported practice

Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team

Build long-term patient relationships and drive continued practice growth

What We’re Looking For:

A General Dentist with 3 - 5+ years of clinical experience

Comfortable practicing a broad scope of care independently (Implant Placement, Endodontics, Same day tx, Etc.)

Strong treatment planning and patient communication skills
