| The Real Asset Data Analyst role is associated with the MSCI Real Assets Data team |
| Working as a part of growing team of real estate performance analyst who provide real estate property indexes, benchmarks, performance analysis reports,and custom/ bespoke analysis to global real estate asset managers and asset owners |
| Tracking and monitring various news sources and third party data providers for commercial Real Estate transactions |
| Manage a portfolio or clients and / or funds |
| Address client queries related to funds, analyze and amend in accrodance with data methodologies |
| Provide bespoke analysis if/ when requested by the clients |
| Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and local market teams |
| Participate and deliver on the assigned projects as per milestone |
| Drive efficiency by getting involved in Process improvement initiatives |
| Apply problem solving skills to identify innovative work- flow efficiencies and enhance processes |
| Ability to use AI tools to help in better execution of responsibilities |
| Fundamental knowledge in accunting and finance is mandatory |
| Working knowlegde of MS Excel skills( required) and knowlegde of VBA/ Python skills( desirable) |
| Fluency in any foreign language is a plus desired experience |
| 0-4 years of work experience in financial services desired qualifications |
| Bachelors in any Finance or Engineering- related discipline are required; a management degree is a plus |
